#41

An unexpected turn lead me to a place I had not ventured to in quite some time. Faint memories sprouted themselves from the ground, intertwined with designs that formed above the growth. Every step I took gave me the feeling of a snake slithering on ice, trying to move forward following the path from the past to get to the future. A concept not easily absorbed in the slumber state, I continued letting my intuition guide me to the "x marks the spot." The branches brushed my shoulders as I entered deeper not knowing where I was going.

The forest had ate me.

Interesting thoughts sleeping in my mind.

Florescent lights blinded my vision as I walked through the endless hallway of white walls. Concentrating on the continuous tapping of my feet I stared at the spotted tiles, confused.I felt an invisible rope pulling me to a door that had suddenly appeared to my left.Determindly I put one foot in front of the other and forced myself to keep moving. Inside I felt that I could no longer control my body, fighting the feeling was futile so I let it take over.I fumbled with the door knob for what seemed like hours, when I finally opened the door what I saw shocked me. Rows and rows of pink and blue carriages filled the room with sleeping babies. Finally I understood my task. I began switching the children's nametags that glowed on their tiny ankles. A powerful feeling took over every inch of my being, I was changing destiny.

Teeth Nightmare

Last night I had a dream I was back home sitting in my kitchen eating cookies, a regular afternoon of snacking; or so I thought. As I bit into the last cookie my teeth began to feel a bit wobbly. Distracted by the scrumptious chocolate chunks I continued to chew ignoring the weird sensation in my mouth. Suddenly I felt as if the soft cookie had disappeared and was replaced by small rocks which plunged me into a state of panic, my teeth were falling out! I spit out my teeth and attempted to put them back into place, but as I frantically tried to do this more and more teeth began to fall out until there was nothing left in my mouth but lonely gums. I tried to scream for my dentist but his whereabouts were unknown. With no one to assist my dental emergency I stood there crying until I woke up in a frenzy and reached for my mouth and with a sign of relief I counted all 34 of my teeth.
